EASY AND HEALTHY SELF CARE PROGRAM

These days, aren't we all exhausted?

Family, career, and technology that was supposed to make life easier but somehow made us busier than before all pulled us in many directions at once. And isn't it difficult to slow down and stop? and carve out a tiny window of time for our self-care.

However, we must, as self-care is an essential component that we cannot add to our incredibly busy lives on a whim. A basic self-care regimen must be followed every day. Without it, we get weary, agitated, ill, and eventually break down.

SELF-CARE IS A NEED

It's strange how we all just talk about self-care these days, saying things like "Oh, yes, yes, self care is ever so important." THEN schedule no time for it during the day.

We are masters of time management, juggling the intricacies of demanding, never-ending family schedules and powering through whatever task comes our way, but we constantly find it difficult to carve out even a little self care.

Every day, we simply don't stop until we collapse and gorge on wine, cookies, Netflix, and Instagram until experiencing guilt and decide to "perform better." And what does it mean to "do better"? Naturally, keep working harder and harder until we break.

We all live in such a chaotic cycle of busy-busy-crash in the current world. Thus, how can we disrupt the pattern and include genuine self-care practices into our everyday lives? First of all, by keeping things incredibly simple.
Self-care ought to be easy.
It's amazing how easily we humans complicate things. Give us a chance, and we'll make it so difficult that you'll need a guidebook and ten YouTube videos to get past the opening. Furthermore, being overly complex and overly busy just serves to exacerbate the situation in 50% of cases.

For the majority of us, therefore, fancy diets, fitness plans, meditation methods, and the like won't help us receive our recommended daily dose of self-care.

The key is to develop easy habits.

As it happens, habits—as long as they are straightforward—are a very powerful tool for behavior modification because humans are excellent at sticking to them.

Furthermore, the daily self-care regimen I've laid out for you is genuinely easy to follow and "stickable."Don't let its simplicity deceive you, though; it has a lot of power and seriously disrupts our insane cycle of busy-busy-crash.

A SMALL SUPER POWERED ROUTINE FOR SELF CARE

This easy daily self-care regimen is built around little, doable healthy habits that we can easily adopt morning and night to transform our bodies and enhance our mental well-being.
  • As soon as you wake up, go outside.
  • Upon waking up, sip three glasses of lemon water.
  • Walk
  • Give up a few small things that will make you happier without
  • Have a large bowl of veggie soup
  • Eat a snack of mixed seeds and nuts.
  • Consume an apple and some berries.

Do they seem overly straightforward? Alright. They are, but you won't believe how much they can assist:

  • It has been demonstrated that venturing outside as soon as we get up helps us reorganize our sleep cycles.
  • By consuming that water first thing in the morning, we can restart our metabolism and avoid needing sugar and coffee to get through the day.
  • Every day, letting go of a few items helps us declutter and feel less anxious.
  • Eating a large bowl of souped vegetables lowers our blood glucose levels, which not only keeps us from becoming fat or diabetic but also lowers our stress levels.
  • Minerals like selenium, which are abundant in nuts and seeds, improve our mood and guard against depression.
  • As do apples and berries, which support intestinal health and, as scientists are increasingly aware, have a significant negative influence on our mental and emotional states.
That is a significant amount of self-care in an absurdly straightforward self-care regimen, isn't it? However, I've realized that the third self-care practice is the most effective in helping to break the busy-busy-crash cycle. And that's going the extra mile. Although it only takes fifteen minutes, it DOES change lives.

The transformative power of Walking

Nowadays, all kinds of doctors concur that walking is a fantastic form of treatment. It has been demonstrated to lessen and ease:
  • Being overweight
  • Diabetes Mellitus
  • High blood Pressure
  • Low Back Pain
  • Depression
  • Respiratory Problems
  • Heart conditions
  • Alzheimer's disease
  • Controlling one's anger

We no longer walk as we go through our hectic days; instead, we just jump into our cars without giving it a second thought. Surprisingly, in most towns and cities, thirty percent of our automobile trips are only a mile long and are readily walked.

Walking has hidden benefit that goes beyond fitness. In fact, it allows us to
  • Take our time
  • Have a conversation with family
  • Consider things carefully
  • Run into individuals
  • Have ourselves to ourselves
  • Hear what the birds are saying
  • Take in the scent of the flower
  • Make the leaves crunch
  • Observe objects that are straying.
  • Say assertive NO for always being BUSY
We are unable to be in five different places at once while we walk. We cannot jump from one thing to another without pausing to process what has transpired. We can't keep going in circles and doing less and fewer of the things we truly care about.

We must take it more slowly. And that's the only way we can genuinely take care of ourselves every day in the hectic world of today. This little regimen has the ability to change our life for new positive horizons.
